Bill Ford unveiled the Ford Focus Electric in New York City, ushering in Ford’s player in the electric car game.  The electricity-powered Focus comes to New York in 2013.  The Focus will be offered four ways, said Ford, including the battery-electric version. A gasoline car, a plug-in hybrid and a  hybrid will round up the lineup of the Focus. “The customer will decide” how many of each is produced, Mr. Ford said. The Focus will be built in Wayne, Mich.
